Since we are not loading job detail history into Workday, ‘Time in Position’ is based on the most recent job change date from Banner. This change could be related to many things. Some examples include a job title change, a rate or salary change, or a manager change. For most faculty and staff, this Time in Position will correlate to the latest merit increase.
