Workday@Bucknell is overseen by a governance body that consists of three executive sponsors, the Workday Engagement Committee (WEC) and the Workday Operations Committee (WOC).

| Workday Engagement Committee (WEC) – The Workday Engagement Committee is a strategic, governance and engagement-focused committee composed of representatives from Finance, Human Resources, and Library & Information Technology, led by the Workday Program Manager. This committee meets monthly to review and determine strategic initiatives that will optimize the broader use of Workday in a forward-thinking manner. This work includes the collection and review of area-specific and campus-wide feedback as the committee vets University-wide strategic product and business implications, such as: *the adoption of new Workday modules, enhancements, Workday related tools and integrations *the evaluation and optimization of existing processes *broad Workday security considerations *change management programming |

| Workday Operations Committee (WOC) – The Workday Operations Committee is a functional working group composed of representatives from Finance, Human Resources, and Library & Information Technology that meets regularly to discuss the day-to-day technical system operations of Workday. The committee reviews existing and new end-user functionality and implements adjustments to system settings as a way to better improve the day-to-day function of the system for campus, as well as: *ensuring successful system integrations *designing and maintaining reporting *providing technical support to end users *preparing for the annual system audit of Workday The Workday Operations Committee prepares for and manages Workday’s bi-annual upgrades, vetting upcoming feature and functionality changes, completing testing, and working, in partnership, with the Workday Engagement Committee to communicate expected impacts and outcomes as needed. |
