Since the implementation of Workday on 4/1, we have collectively achieved several milestones. Some of the more significant milestones include:
– Over 60 training sessions were held before going live, accounting for 700+ employees trained
– Over 20,000 sign-ons occured encompassing nearly 2,100 unique users
– Access to Workday was almost evenly split between desktop (55%) and mobile (45%)
– Nearly 100 FAQs created and shared
– Over 220 expense reports were submitted and processed
– Student payroll was processed accounting for more than 1,000 different bank accounts
– Over 600 employees engaged in activities related to the Go-Live Checklist
