What do I do if I have problems with Workday and my supervisor isn’t around or if it is after traditional business hours when other help resources (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance, Tech Support) are not available?

We anticipate that very few Workday issues will not be able to be actioned the following business day via email or direct outreach to your supervisor, HR, Payroll, Finance or Tech Support.  For example:
– Staff who encounter problems capturing their time can make a written note of the time they started/ended their work shift (or the time they took a meal break) and provide that information to their supervisor, who can enter or adjust the time entry record the next day.
