When do I start the new time entry process?

Student Employees

The pay period ending March 31 will be the last period submitted and approved in Banner for student employees. This period will use the regular deadlines and process familiar to employees.

-For this period, student employees must have time submitted into Banner by Monday, April 2

-Managers must approve student employees’ time in Banner by Monday, April 2

-Then, student employees will begin entering time into Workday beginning Sunday, April 1

Non-Exempt Staff

The pay period ending April 7 will be the last period submitted and approved in Banner for non-exempt staff. This period will use the regular deadlines and process familiar to employees.

-For this period, non-exempt staff must have time submitted into Banner by Monday, April 9

-Managers must approve non-exempt staff’s time in Banner by Monday, April 9

-Then, non-exempt staff will begin entering time into Workday beginning Sunday, April 8
